Frequently Asked Questions

Where is RSL Textiles located, and do you have your own manufacturing facility?
RSL Textiles is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We operate a fully in-house manufacturing facility — there is no subcontracting. Every garment is produced, quality-checked, and dispatched from our own unit, giving us complete control over quality, timelines, and compliance at every stage.
How many years of experience does RSL Textiles have in apparel manufacturing?
Our founders bring over 30 years of hands-on expertise in the textile and apparel industry. RSL Textiles was formally incorporated in 2017, combining decades of trade knowledge with modern infrastructure and quality systems.
Can I visit your manufacturing facility before placing an order?
Absolutely. We welcome buyer visits to our facility in Mumbai. You can inspect our machinery, production floor, fabric stock, quality control process, and finished goods storage. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We have no fixed minimum order quantity. Whether you need 50 pieces or 50,000 pieces, we are happy to discuss your requirements. Our pricing is scaled to order volume, and we will always provide a transparent quote based on your specifications.
How do I place an order with RSL Textiles?
You can initiate an enquiry through our 'Request a Quote' form on the website, send us an email at info@rsltextiles.com, or reach us directly by phone or WhatsApp. Share your requirements — product type, quantity, fabric preference, and any design details — and our team will revert within 24 hours with pricing, lead time, and next steps.
Can I order samples before committing to a full order?
Yes. We offer sample garments for evaluation before bulk production begins.
What information do I need to share to get a quote?
To provide an accurate quotation, we would need: product type (e.g. corporate shirt, FR coverall), fabric preference or GSM requirement, quantity, sizing breakdown, colour (Pantone code or reference), any branding requirements (embroidery, print, labels), and your delivery destination. The more detail you share, the faster we can turn around a precise quote.
Do you supply to the Gulf / Middle East market? Are your FR garments SABER/SASO compliant?
Yes. The Gulf region is one of our key export markets. Our flame retardant workwear and industrial coveralls are produced to meet SABER and SASO certification requirements for the Saudi market, and we are experienced in the documentation and testing protocols required for seamless customs clearance in GCC countries.
Can you produce uniforms with our company logo, embroidery, or printed branding?
Yes. We offer in-house embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer printing, and woven label customisation. All branding is produced to your artwork files. We will provide a pre-production sample of the branding for your approval before bulk production commences.
Can I get custom sizing beyond standard S–XXL?
Absolutely. We offer made-to-measure and custom sizing charts for institutional buyers who require specific fit profiles — particularly relevant for aviation, hospitality, and security sectors where fit standards are precise. Share your size chart and we will produce accordingly.
Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture under your private label with your brand name, care labels, hang tags, and packaging as required. There is no RSL Textiles branding on the finished product unless specifically requested.
Can I get garments made in a fabric not currently listed on your website?
In most cases, yes. If you have a specific fabric in mind — a particular technical specification, weave, certification, or supplier — please share the details and we will assess feasibility and source accordingly.
What quality control process do you follow?
Every order at RSL Textiles passes through a 7-stage quality control process: (1) incoming fabric inspection, (2) pre-cutting audit, (3) in-line stitching QC, (4) measurement and fit check against approved spec sheet, (5) finishing and presentation check, (6) packing inspection, and (7) final pre-dispatch sign-off. QC reports are available for bulk export orders.
What happens if there is a quality issue with my order after delivery?
We stand behind every order we ship. In the event of a documented quality issue — whether in stitching, measurement, fabric, or branding — please contact us within the agreed claim period with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue promptly and offer a resolution, which may include replacement, credit, or repair depending on the nature of the defect.
